At present we complete 20 - 25 properties a week, which are spread over three separate contracts. Our teams travel around the country from Northants to Luton to Buckinghamshire to ensure each client receives the highest level of service and delivery.
These currently include kitchens and bathroom refurbishments and require us to uplift the existing floor coverings, prepare the subfloor, install the new floor covering, seal all skirting boards / plinths and fit relevant thresholds.
Our fitting operatives are polite, courteous and friendly professionals. They aim to complete their work with the minimum of disruption or inconvenience to the tenant and their homes
